Loans to purchase or build affordable rental units.
Build or Rehabilitate Single Family Homes in Rural Texas
Housing Trust Fund
Loans or grants to help build and repair affordable single family homes.
HOME Program - Single Family
Loans and grants to provide local home repair assistance.
Tools for Developers of Housing for People with Disabilities
Development Resources
Funding is available to develop affordable, accessible, integrated housing for people with disabilities through several TDHCA multifamily programs.
Technical Assistance and Training Resources
TDHCA also offers Technical assistance and training resources for developers interested in creating affordable housing for people with disabilities coordinated with services.
