The virtual training will be held from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Thursday, March 24, 2022. This training will focus on the monitoring and inspection requirements for developments that have completed the first 15 years of the affordability period. All affordable housing property owners, management personnel and on-site staff that operate a development that has completed, or is nearing completion of, its Federal Compliance Period are encouraged to attend. The course is taught by TDHCA compliance staff and will cover 10 TAC §10.623 Monitoring Procedures for Housing Tax Credit Properties after the Compliance Period. At the training, you will: Focus on the changes to monitoring and inspections that will occur when a property has completed the Federal Compliance Period. Learn where to look in the Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA) for information regarding what is required after the Compliance Period, how long is the Compliance Period and what is required for the full term of the LURA.
