Hopkins Street San Marcos, TX Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (the "Issuer") at the City of San Marcos Public Library, 625 E. Hopkins Street, San Marcos, Texas 78666 at 6:00 p.m. on November 4, 2019. The hearing is regarding an issue of tax-exempt bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $41,000,000 and taxable bonds, if necessary, in an amount to be determined, to be issued in one or more series (the "Bonds"), by the Issuer. The Bonds will be issued as exempt facility bonds for a qualified residential rental project (the "Development") pursuant to section 142(a)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"). The Development will be known as The Reserves at San Marcos Apartments and will be located near the intersection of Highway 123 and Monterrey Oak, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas 78666. The initial legal owner and principal user of the Development will be 786 Cottonwood Creek, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, or a related person or affiliate thereof. All interested parties are invited to attend such public hearing to express their views with respect to the Development and the issuance of the Bonds. It reviews TDHCA's housing programs, current and future policies, resource allocation plans to meet state housing needs, and reports on performance during the preceding state fiscal year (September 1, 2018, through August 31, 2019).
