Congress, Room 170 Austin, TX The Multifamily Division of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs ("TDHCA") will hold the sixth planning meeting for the 2018 Qualified Allocation Plan ("QAP") and Uniform Multifamily Rules ("Rules") on June 28, 2017. The meeting will be held from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Austin local time, in Room 170 of the Stephen F. Austin building at 1700 N. Congress. The agenda for this meeting will include discussing 10 TAC ?11.9(e) of the QAP, "Criteria promoting the efficient use of limited resources and applicant accountability." Please note that this Roundtable is different from the 2017 Market Analysis Roundtable being hosted by the Real Estate Analysis Division on Friday, June 23, 2017. These two roundtables address different sections of the QAP and Rules.A handout on this applicable section of the QAP will be provided at the meeting.The QAP Project Plan is posted to the Department's website: http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/nofas-rules.htm.
