The workshop will provide hands-on training of HUD's Environmental Regulations found at 24 CFR Part 58 as well as National Housing Trust Fund Environmental Provisions and PRA 811 Environmental Requirements. Is there a difference? Yes, yes there is, don't get caught short. Also staff will walk through the new mitigation section of the housing contract system and discuss how this affects funding release.

The course is taught by the compliance staff at the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. The program is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with lunch provided from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Certificates will not be given to attendees who arrive after 9:00 a.m. This program is not approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for MCE credits. For a sleeping room the night before the seminar, please call the Wyndham El Paso Airport at 915/778-4241 and ask for the special TAA rate. Cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Substitutions are allowed.
