Annual Historic Preservation reporting for DOE and DOE_BIL WAP units completed 9/1/2022 through 8/31/2023 is due no later than Friday, August 25, 2023. Please complete the form below and return it to michelle.peralez@tdhca.state.tx.us.
Please only report those units weatherized during the period of 9/1/2022 through 8/31/2023.
